| Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Iain D. Johnston: On 1/18/2024 the plaintiff filed suit, but did not pay the filing fee or file a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. That same day the Executive Committee alerted Mr. Malone to the filing fee issue and gave him 15 days, or until 2/2/2024, to either pay the fee or file a completed In Forma Pauperis Application and Financial Affidavit. The order warned that failure to do so may result in sanctions, including dismissal. To date, Mr. Malone has not addressed the filing fee issue. As a one-time courtesy, the Court extends the deadline to 3/8/2024 to either pay the filing fee or file a completed In Forma Pauperis Application and Financial Affidavit. Failure to do so by the deadline will result in dismissal under both Local Rule 3.3(f) for failing to pay the filing fee and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b) for failure to prosecute and failure to comply with a court order.
