The Clerk is directed to file the third amended complaint #14 in a separate docket entry. The US Marshal has previously been appointed to effectuate service in this case #6 . Therefore, Plaintiff is directed to fill out a new USM-285 form for each Defendant and return the completed forms to the Clerk's Office (Western Division) by 10/01/24. The Clerk of Court is directed to 1) issue summonses for service of the third amended complaint on Defendants Officer Newbold, Officer Troka, and Officer Johnson; 2) send Plaintiff three blank USM-285 forms; 3) send Plaintiff a copy of this order. As noted previously, the Court directs the Marshal to make all reasonable efforts to effect service of the third amended complaint. Because Plaintiff is allowed to proceed in forma pauperis, the Court appoints the US Marshal to effectuate service in this case.
