The Clerk is directed to file the third amended complaint #14 in a separate docket entry. The US Marshal has previously been appointed to effectuate service in this case #6 . Therefore, Plaintiff is directed to fill out a new USM-285 form for each Defendant and return the completed forms to the Clerk's Office (Western Division) by 10/01/24. The Clerk of Court is directed to 1) issue summonses for service of the third amended complaint on Defendants Officer Newbold, Officer Troka, and Officer Johnson; 2) send Plaintiff three blank USM-285 forms; 3) send Plaintiff a copy of this order. As noted previously, the Court directs the Marshal to make all reasonable efforts to effect service of the third amended complaint.
