Petitioner is advised that he should proceed with his claims in the No. 24 C 50408 case. Petitioner remains liable for the five dollar filing fee in this case. The motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #2 is denied because Petitioner is able to pay the filing fee. Petitioner shall pay the filing fee by November 18, 2024. Failure to do so may impact his ability to proceed with future litigation in this District. Any pending motions are moot. Civil case terminated. Signed by the Honorable Rebecca R.
