ORDER: Plaintiff Dustin Nelson may proceed on his claim against Nurse Engeles1. The Clerk is directed to (1) file Plaintiff's complaint (]1] at 9-18); (2) issue summonses for the U.S. Marshal to serve it on Defendant Engeles; (3) terminate all remaining Defendants; and (4) send Plaintiff a blank USM-285 (Marshal service) forms, filing instructions, and a copy of this order. Nelson must complete and return USM-285 service form for Defendant Engeles by December 30, 2024, and his failure to do so may result in dismissal of this case. He must also promptly notify the court if his address changes, and his failure to do so may also result in dismissal of this case. The Marshal is appointed to serve Defendant.
