ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to immediately deduct $23.51 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint #1 without prejudice for misjoinder of claims, but gives him permission to amend his pleading. If Plaintiff fails to submit a proposed amended complaint that complies with this order by March 3, 2025, the court will dismiss this lawsuit. Plaintiff is reminded that he must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility while this case is open. If he fails to comply, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning. Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #4 and for service of process at government expense #5 are denied without prejudice.
