The next step in the litigation is service of the complaint on the Defendants. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to: (1) issue summons for service of the complaint on Defendant officers Standard, Sims, Dobran, Dominguez; and (2) send Plaintiff four blank USM-285 (Marshal Service) forms, instructions for completing the form, and a copy of this order.
