United States, 424 U.S. 800, this matter is STAYED pending the resolution of the concurrent state court action pending in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois in Champaign County, Case No. 2025-MR-283. The parties are directed to file a written status report updating the Court on the status of that state court case, as well as their desire to engage in mediation, by June 12, 2026.
