MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 109 motion for injunction against further filings and denying 109 motion for Rule 11 sanctions against Plaintiff Hairston. The motion for injunction is denied to the extent that it seeks t o enjoin Hairston from filing new cases as the statutory restriction is adequate. It is granted to the extent that it seeks to enjoin Hairston from his excessive motion practice. Plaintiff Hairston is enjoined from filing future motions except as outlined in the Court's order.
