ORDER GRANTING, in part, and DENYING, in part, 65 MOTION for Reconsideration filed by Plaintiff Trevor James Fulk, and DENYING 68 MOTION for Reconsideration filed by Defendant Jerome Ratermann. This ORDER also clarifies and supplements 64 ORDE R GRANTING, in part, and DENYING, in part, 47 MOTION for Summary Judgment. The following two claims remain for trial: (1) Illinois common law retaliation against the Village of Sandoval and (2) First Amendment retaliation under section 1983 against Defendant Jerome Ratermann.
