This ORDER also clarifies and supplements 64 ORDE R GRANTING, in part, and DENYING, in part, 47 MOTION for Summary Judgment. The following two claims remain for trial: (1) Illinois common law retaliation against the Village of Sandoval and (2) First Amendment retaliation under section 1983 against Defendant Jerome Ratermann.
