ORDER granting 38 Motion for Default Judgment: For the reasons thoroughly articulated in the attached Order, the Court GRANTS the motion for default judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 55(b) and DIRECTS the Clerk of Court to enter judgment at the close of this interpleader action against Geico, Paul Oliver and Jean Oliver. Specifically, the Court finds that Geico and the Olivers are not entitled to share in any of the interpleader funds/proceeds.
