Filing 30 ORDER granting 14 plaintiff's Motion to Dismiss Count IV, which the Court contrues as a motion for leave to amend her complaint. The Court Grants plaintiff's motion for leave to amend her complaint by eliminating Count IV, her sole feder al claim. In light of the fact that only state law claims remain, the Court grants plaintiff's motion for remand, and this case is remanded to the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, St. Clair County, Illinois.
