ORDER: As per the request of Respondent/Plaintiff United States of America in its motion to dismiss the petition brought in this case by Petitioner/Defendant Eric Len Lewis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, which motion is document 8 in the record o f this case, the government's obligation to respond to the grounds for Section 2255 relief asserted by Lewis, apart from the matter of the validity of the waiver of Lewis's right to bring a collateral attack on his current federal prison se ntence in Lewis's plea agreement with the government, is STAYED. At such time as the Court may deny the government's motion, the government will be directed to supplement its response to Lewis's Section 2255 petition. Lewis is ORDERE D to file a response to the government's motion to dismiss Lewis's Section 2255 petition not later than thirty (30) days from the date of entry of this Order.
