ORDER DISMISSING CASE. Plaintiff Ted Knox's claim under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 is DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367 (c)(3), the Court declines to exercise jurisdiction over Knox's supplemental state-law claims for medical malpractice, and those claims are DISMISSED without prejudice.
