MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge A. Howard Matz: Before the court is a motion brought by Defendants to Stay the proceedings in this case pending a final decision by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigationas to whether this action will be transfe rred to Multidistrict Litigation.
