ORDER SETTING OCTOBER 3, 2011 AND OCTOBER 13, 2011 DEADLINES: As explained in the attached Order, the Court's threshold jurisdictional review discloses several impediments to verifying the existence of diversity jurisdiction. The Court DIRECTS Defendant Big Rock to file an Amended Removal Notice by October 13, 2011.
