ORDER REFERRING case to Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Williams, denying 6 MOTION for Temporary Restraining Order MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by Gregory Dabbs. Defendants Assistant Warden of Programs, the Warden Marc Hodge, Record Office S upervisor, and the Religious Practice Advisory Board are DISMISSED from this action without prejudice. Plaintiffs RLUIPA claim (Count 2) is also DISMISSED without prejudice.
