Williams, denying 6 MOTION for Temporary Restraining Order MOTION for Preliminary Injunction filed by Gregory Dabbs. Defendants Assistant Warden of Programs, the Warden Marc Hodge, Record Office S upervisor, and the Religious Practice Advisory Board are DISMISSED from this action without prejudice. Plaintiffs RLUIPA claim (Count 2) is also DISMISSED without prejudice. As to Defendants Chaplain Vaughn and Rick Densmore, the Clerk of Court shall prepare: (1) Form 5 (Notice of a Lawsuit and Request to Waive Service of a Summons), and (2) Form 6 (Waiver of Service of Summons).
