IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED, without prejudice to Plaintiff bringing his claim for loss of good conduct credit in a properly filed habeas corpus action should he wish to do so, but only after he has exhausted his state court re medies. This dismissal shall not count as a strike under 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). Plaintiffs obligation to pay the filing fee for this action was incurred at the time the action was filed, thus the filing fee of $350 remains due and payable. Signed by Judge Michael J.
