The motion is GRANTED to the extent it seeks to exclude the testimony of Roddrick Lewis in this case. The motion is DENIED without prejudice to the extent it seeks to hold Lewis in contempt; and ADOPTS the Certification of Facts Constituting Civil Contempt but DECLINES to hold Lewis in contempt.
