July 31, 2012 Opinion or Order Filing 8 IT IS ORDERED that an EMERGENCY STATUS CONFERENCE in this case shall take place in the United States District Courthouse in Benton, Illinois, on Monday, August 6, 2012, at 11:30 a.m., before United States District Judge J. Phil Gilbert. Defendant Mu lch is ORDERED to have Plaintiff Donald Karch transported to the Benton courthouse for this conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Case No. 12-800-JPG and Case No. 12-825-JPG are CONSOLIDATED for all further proceedings. Case No. 12-825-JPG shall be the lead case. All future pleadings shall be filed under Case No. 12-825-JPG and contain case number 12-825-JPG. Plaintiff's motion to proceed IFP (Doc. 2 ) is GRANTED. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff and to t he Trust Fund Officer at the Jefferson County Jail upon entry of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall prepare for Defendants MULCH and BROWN (1) Form 5 (Notice of a Lawsuit and Request to Waive Service of a Summons), and ( 2) Form 6 (Waiver of Service of Summons). The Court is attempting to recruit counsel to represent Plaintiff in this matter. Therefore, a separate order shall be entered granting the motions to appoint counsel.
