ORDER denying 5 motion to remand to state court: The Court finds that Defendants have properly complied with the requirements of 28 U.S.C. § 1446(b)(3) and therefore Plaintiff's motion to remand 5 is DENIED. However, a review of the notice of removal 2 reveals certain flaws in Defendant's jurisdictional allegations.
