Failure to file an amended petition shall result in the dismissal of this action without prejudice. In order to as sist petitioner in preparing his amended petition, the Clerk is DIRECTED to mail Plaintiff a blank form petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241, along with instructions.
