CLAIR COUNTY/20th CIRCUIT, ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS FIELD SERVICES DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR, OFALLON POLICE OFFICER, TEVERBAUGH, and CHANEY are DISMISSED with prejudice from this action. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, sh ould he wish to proceed with Count 3 in this case, Plaintiff shall file his First Amended Complaint, within 35 days of the entry of this order.
