ORDER: For the reasons stated in the attached memorandum and order, Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Doc. 75 ) is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. As to Defendant Nwaobasi, the Clerk of the Court is instructed to D ISMISS him as a party and enter judgment in his favor at the close of this case. Plaintiffs request for injunctive relief is DENIED as to his request for medical permits, but his request for an outside specialist will remain.
