ORDER denying 17 MOTION to Consolidate Cases, 15 MOTION re 12 Order Dismissing Case, 20 MOTION for Order, 13 MOTION to be Allowed to Proceed, 16 MOTION, 19 MOTION to Amend/Correct 1 Complaint, and 18 MOTION. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff is restricted from proceeding in forma pauperis in any other action before this Court and from filing any further papers in this and the related action until he pays his $734.60 in outstanding filing fees in full. This filing restriction does not extend to a notice of appeal from this Order, to the filing of any petition for a writ of habeas corpus, or to pleadings filed as a defendant in another criminal or civil case. ORDER DISMISSING CASE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. 2 ) is DENIED.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice as a sanction for Plaintiff's failure to dis close his litigation history. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to mail a copy of this Order to the Trust Fund Officer at Menard Correctional Center. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that within 21 days of the date of this Order, Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE in writing why the Court should not bar him from filing any further papers in this Court until such time as he pays in full the $400.00 district court filing fee due in this particular case.
