ORDER re: Doc. 36: On October 1, 2013, General Dynamics Corp. filed a notice of removal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1442, which gives the federal courts' original jurisdiction over certain cases involving government contractors. Now General Dynamics Corp. and Plaintiff have filed a joint "Stipulation for Remand." (Doc. 36). The stipulation contains no additional statements of law or fact, and does not explain why the federal courts would no longer have jurisdiction over this matter. Having assumed jurisdiction, the Court must be given a valid basis for divesting itself of jurisdiction, regardless of the parties' agreement. The parties shall provide the Court with briefing on this issue not later then December 9, 2013 by citing to facts, statutes, and relevant case law, informing the Court of why it should grant the stipulation for remand.
