The Court DIRECTS Movants to file a notice with theCourt, on or before October 16, 2015, stating whether Movants are asserting Mr. Ougles signature on the release is not authentic. If a question as to the authenticity of Mr. Ougles signature is asserted, the Court will schedule an evidentiary hearing.
