McDonald, #B42547, is BARRED from filing any future action in this Court, and the Clerk is DIRECTED to return unfiled any papers that he submits. Exempt from this filing restriction are: a notice of appeal in this case (which shall result in the imposition of an additional $455.00 filing fee); a petition for a writ of habeas corpus; and any pape rs sought to be filed by Plaintiff in a civil or criminal case in which he is a party defendant. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the agency having custody of Plaintiff is directed to remit the $400.00 filing fee for this action from his prison trust fund account if such funds are available.
