PRELIMINARY APPROVAL ORDER: The Court GRANTS the 29 Joint MOTION for Preliminary Approval and GRANTS 38 the Joint MOTION to Certify Class and Collective Action for Settlement Purposes and Supplement to Joint Motion for Preliminary Approval of FLSA and Class Action Settlement and Motion for Leave to File an Amended Complaint. The Final Fairness Hearing is scheduled for December 2, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Objections to the settlement and notice and written statements of appearance must b e filed no later than September 28, 2015. Papers in support of the Final Approval of the Settlement, and any application by Class Counsel for an award of attorneys fees and/or reimbursement expenses, and any responses to objections, shall be filed with the Court on or before November 18, 2015.
