The Motion for Summary Judgment filed by Defendants Dr. Janssen Williams and Dr. Vipin Shah (Doc. 86 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Plaintiff shall proceed in this action on a claim of deliberate indifference against all Defendants related to the denial of access to the medical gym; however, Plaintiffs' deliberate indifference claim against Drs.
