At this point, all of Plaintiff's claims and this entire case are dismissed. However, as further explained in the Order, if Plaintiff would like to try to amend her complaint to sufficiently plead a Title VII claim or an intentional infliction of emotional distress claim, she has until July 11, 2016, to do so.
