ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court GRANTS IN PART AND DENIES IN PART the medical Defendants' motion for summary judgment (Docs. 92 and 93 ). The Court GRANTS summary judgment as to Dr. Trost for deliberate indifference related to food poisoning (Count 4) but DENIES summary judgment as to Shearing, Trost, Ritz, and Wexford as to Counts 1, 2, and 3.
