ORDER DISMISSING CASE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants HARRITON, FORESTEIN, and BROOKMAN are DISMISSED with prejudice.
