ORDER Pursuant to the January 13, 2020, mandate in appellate case no. 18-3060 from the United States Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit (Doc. 195 ) the Court reopened the case and the parties briefed the issue of comparative negligence for the Court& #039;s consideration. Having now added the step of considering what Kevin Clanton should have known, that is, how a reasonable person would have acted under similar circumstances, the Court declines to change anything in its original findings. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to enter judgment in favor of Clanton and against the United States in the amount of $29,692,296 and to close this case. Signed by Chief Judge Nancy J.
