March 18, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ORDER DISMISSING CASE because Plaintiff filed a motion seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis in this action, while failing to disclose to the Court that he had already "struck out" within the meaning of § 1915(g) and was thus inel igible for IFP status absent a showing of imminent serious physical danger. This dismissal is without prejudice to Plaintiff re-filing his claim in a fully pre-paid action. Plaintiff is advised that this dismissal shall not count as another strike under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g). Signed by Judge Staci M. Yandle on 3/18/2015. (tjk)
