This filing restriction does not extend to a notice of appeal from this Order, to the filing of any petition for a writ of habeas corpus, or to pleadings filed as a defendant in another criminal or civil case. Should Plaintiff attempt to file any new civil action in this Court, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to return any documents submitted in violation of this Order to the Plaintiff unfiled. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE on or before July 10, 2015, why this Court should no t restrict Plaintiff from filing any further actions in this Court until such time as he pays in full the $400.00 filing fee for this action and the outstanding $1,389.07 owed for his previously filed actions. See Newlin v. Helman, 123 F.3 d 429, 437 (7th Cir. 1997) (citing Support Sys. Intl, Inc. v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185 (7th Cir. 1995), overruled on other grounds by Lee v. Clinton, 209 F.3d 1025 (7th Cir. 2000)). Tender by Plaintiff of the full $1,789.07 in outstanding fees for the se actions to the Clerk of the Court on or before July 10, 2015, shall be deemed by the Court to discharge Plaintiff's duty to show cause under this order.
