ORDER granting #17 Motion to Stay Briefing. This case was reassigned to the undersigned on July 13, 2015. On July 17, Plaintiff moved to remand to state court; Defendants (on August 7) moved to transfer the case to the Northern District of Illinois, and further (on August 10) moved to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6). Now Plaintiff has asked for a stay briefing as to the dismissal issue until the Court has decided whether to remand the case. The Motion (Doc. #17 ) is GRANTED. Should the case remain before the undersigned judge after the remand and transfer issues have been sorted, any briefing on the dismissal motion will account for the fact that the instant motion was made with approximately 12 days until Plaintiff's response deadline.
