IT IS ORDERED that Plaintiff's complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants KRAWCZYK, CLAYTON, MALCOLM, and WALTON are DISMISSED without prej udice, based on Plaintiff's failure to state any claim against these defendants upon which relief may be granted. Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file his First Amended Complaint on or before September 24, 2015. Should Plaintiff fail to file his f irst amended complaint within the allotted time or consistent with the instructions set forth in this Order, the entire case shall be dismissed with prejudice.
