Accordin gly, Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction (Doc. 2) is DENIED without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, on or before November 27, 2015, Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint. Failure to file an amended complaint will result in the dismissal of this action with prejudice and a strike will be assessed against Plaintiff for purposes of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).
