ORDER DISMISSING CASE: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that COUNTS 1 and 2 against Defendant AMAR SAWAR are DISMISSED with prejudice. Plaintiff is WARNED that further redundant, frivolous claims filed against Doctor Sawar in this District may result in the imp osition of sanctions.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this action is DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.Plaintiff is ADVISED that this dismissal shall count as one of his three allotted strikes under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g).
