IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff's Complaint (Doc. 1) is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants CALDWELL and WEXFORD are also DISMISSED without prejudic e from this action.Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file a First Amended Complaint, which focuses on an Eighth Amendment deliberate indifference to medical needs claim, and any other related claims, against Defendants Caldwell and Wexford, on or before June 17, 2016. Should Plaintiff fail to file the First Amended Complaint within the allotted time, dismissal will become with prejudice. (Amended Pleadings due by 6/17/2016). Signed by Judge Staci M.
