ORDER REFERRING CASE to Magistrate Judge Stephen C. Williams, Granting 3 MOTION for Service of Process at Government Expense filed by Ray Harris. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that COUNT 1 shall receive further review as to Defendant SHAH. COUNT 1 shall be DISMISSED without prejudice as to Defendants BAILEY, BALDWIN, LASHBROOK, FISHER, LOVE, and BATES. COUNT 2 shall receive further review as to Defendants BAILEY, BALDWIN, LASHBROOK, FISHER, LOVE, and BATES. COUNT 2 is DISMISSED without prejudice as to Defendant SHAH. COUNT 3 is DISMISSED without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, and on qualified immunity grounds.
