ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court finds that it is appropriate to DISMISS Defendant Basso because there is no cognizable claim against him under Illinois law. Having dismissed Defendant Basso, the Court finds that diversity jurisdiction exists because the amount in controversy may well exceed $75,000 and the parties are completely diverse.
