IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the following additional plaintiffs are TERMINATED as parties in this action: LISA NIEPERT and MICHELLE WILLIAMS. The Clerk is DIRECTED to open a new case for both of these plaintiffs. Each plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file a First Amended Complaint in the case opened in his or her name on or before April 14, 2017. Should a plaintiff fail to file his or her First Amended Complaint within the allotted time or consistent with the instructions set forth in this Order, his or her entire case shall be dismissed with prejudice and he or she may incur a strike. If, by that deadline, any non-lead p laintiff advises the Court that he or she does not wish to participate in the action, he or she will be dismissed from the lawsuit and will not be charged a filing fee for this action.
