The motion is granted as to points (1), (2), and (3) o f the motion targeting Plaintiffs allegations of injury to her right shoulder, of psychological injuries or mental anguish, and that ICR failed to provide appropriate personal protective equipment. The motion is denied as to points (4) and (5) of the motion directed at Plaintiffs allegation that ICR failed to properly train its employees and her claim for lost future wages or earning capacity (after April 18, 2017).
