IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the First Amended Complaint (Doc. 4), including COUNTS 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, are DISMISSED without prejudice for non-compliance with Rule 8 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Bell Atlantic Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544 (2007) and for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted. Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file his Second Amended Complaint on or before November 15, 2017.
