Filing 30 ORDER denying 11 Motion to Remand to State Court; granting in part 14 Motion to Dismiss Case for Lack of personal jurisdiction; denying 16 Motion to Dismiss Case for insufficient service of process and denying 18 Motion to Stay. Based on the foregoing, plaintiffs' Motion to Remand (Doc. 11) is DENIED. Janssen defendants' Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 14) is GRANTED IN PART; non-Illinois plaintiff Julwel Kenney's claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of personal j urisdiction, and the Court RETAINS jurisdiction over defendants regarding Illinois plaintiff Woodall's claims. Bayer defendants' Motion to Dismiss for Insufficient Service (Doc. 16) is DENIED, and Joinder to Janssen defendants' Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED.
