IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that if Plaintiff wis hes to move the Court to reinstate the medical malpractice/negligence claim(s) in COUNTS 1, 3, and 5 against Defendants TROST, RITZ, SIDDIQUI, and WEXFORD, Plaintiff shall file the required affidavit(s) pursuant to 735 ILL.
