August 12, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 110 ORDER. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 107 ) is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. The motion is DENIED on the claims in Counts 1 and 2 against Kotzmanis, Bassett, and Rushing, and is GRANTED as to the claims asserted in Counts 3 and 4. At the close of the case, the Clerk of Court shall enter judgment in favor of Defendants Schmidt, Kotzmanis, Bassett, and Rushing and against Plaintiff on Count 3 and in favor of Defendants Schmidt and Sellers and against Plaintiff on Count 4.
