IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants ERIC ZABOR, BEN KELLY, C/O MASON, and NEAL ROHLFING are DISMISSED without prejudice because the Complaint fails to state a claim for relief against these defendants. Plaintiff is GRANTED leave to file a First Amended Complaint on or before August 30, 2018, if he wishes to pursue his claims in this action.
