In her Complaint, she represents that venue is proper under 28 U.S.C. 1391(b) because Plaintiff resides in Illinois and a substantial part of the events occurred, or a substantial part of property at issue is located in, the Central District of Illinois. However, Plaintiff also states in her Complaint that she resides in Monroe County, Illinois, which is located within the Southern District of Illinois.
